  • ** PG Students / Fellows will have to submit a certificate from their Head of Department (HOD).
  • Foreign National also includes Indian Nationals residing overseas including SAARC countries.
  • Registrations are open prior to conference only. There will be no ON SPOT registration during the conference.
  • As per Goverment of India rules, "GOOD AND SERVICES TAX (GST)" at the rate of 18% will be payable by the delegates in addition to the registration fees.
  • Additional 3% Bank charges will be levied while paying by Credit Card.
  • For Residential Packages, Accommodation is included for 3 nights, having check-in on 9th August 2018 (Thursday) & check-out on 12th August, 2018 (Sunday). The check-in time of the hotel is 1400 hrs & for check-out is 1100 hrs

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations received
Before Feb 28th, 2018 15% cancellation Fee will be deducted.
Between Mar 1st– Mar 31st, 2018 25% cancellation Fee will be deducted.
Between Apr 1st– Apr 30th, 2018 50% cancellation Fee will be deducted.
After May 31st, 2018 No Refunds (100% cancellation shall be applicable)

Important

  • Cancellation must be conveyed by email to the Conference Secretariat. Verbal communication is not admissible.
  • Date of receipt of communication for cancellation will be used for calculating amount of refund.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the account from where registration amount was received.
  • All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of conference
  • Registration ends on July 15th, 2018. There will be no spot registration.
  • Abstracts received only from registered delegates will be considered for reviewing process.
  • The ICS 2018 shall commence on Aug 9th 2018 (Thursday) and will disperse on Aug 12th 2018 (Sunday). Hence, the residential registration slab includes accommodation of three nights with check in time as 1400 Hrs and checkout at 1100 hrs.
