The Catholic University of Korea.Eight General Hospitals, including Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital, are affiliated to our university.

1) One of the most active and largest clinic of orthopedic surgery and spine section in Korea. Performed more than 1,500 cases of spine surgery yearly. 42 orthopedic doctors including 12 orthopedic doctors in spine section. Home page: www.cmc.cuk.ac.krResponsible for the research activity in the field of spine section at the largest laboratory in Korea with various facilities. Experimental work performed about disc degeneration and spinal cord injury. Yearly 3-4 international and domestic articles on the spine were published in this lab.

2) Responsible for the education of postgraduate doctors and medical student about various surgical skills out-patient care and promoting research activity.

3) Actively participated in the numerous domestic and international academic conferences as a presenter.
